Christine Storm
Senior Consultant and Facilitator
Christine Storm is an engaging trainer and facilitator with 30 years experience in sales and business management. Starting as a sales representative for Xerox Corporation, Christine developed her leadership and management skills at the Dale Carnegie Management School in Sydney. She has designed and delivered customised programs for clients including Telstra Countrywide, Fonezone, Harris Scarfe, Bakers Delight, Banjos and Beaurepaires. Her specialties include manager development, communication, teamwork and customer service. She is an experienced facilitator and trainer who “brings alive” her material to apply to “real life” situations.
Christine holds a Cert IV accreditation in Business Management, Financial Services, Frontline Retail Management, and Training and Assessment.
Polly Venning
Performance Consultant
Polly is an insightful performance consultant who assists organisational professional development through tailored programs committed to quality outcomes. Her clients will include private industry, Local Councils, State Government departments and NFP organisations. Polly has twenty-five years experience in customer service working with senior level management, most recently for the Institute of Company Directors in Tasmania. She is a passionate Tasmanian who engages with her clients to provide solutions that develop their people and exceed organisation objectives.
Susanne Rose
Facilitator
As a leader and manager in call centres for 16 years, Susanne is a professional in leading, developing, and motivating staff. Believing the greatest asset of any business is people; Susanne has created and implemented successful training programs across diverse workforces. She believes exceptional verbal and written communication skills are key in creating the highest levels of customer service and staff engagement. Susanne understands the importance of leadership to team success and has extensive experience dentifying and mentoring future leaders. She is recognized as an engaging and entertaining facilitator. Her specialties include project management, teamwork, communication and supervision. Her enthusiasm and knowledge make her presentations educational and inspirational.
Suzanne holds a Diploma of Business in Frontline Management from Melbourne Business School, as well as an Advanced Diploma of Business Management from the University of Ballarat.
Andrew Reimer
Principal
Originally from California, our Managing Director brings over 30 years of corporate leadership, divisional/operational management and marketing/solution selling experience from the Media Industry in America and Australia. As both a business owner and an Australian corporate strategist, Andrew brings world’s best practices to issues surrounding cultural and change management, client/stakeholder involvement and operational talent development. In his many years as a consultant to a range of Australian companies and organisations, Andrew has acquired a reputation as a passionate advocate of world-class leadership, management, and business development strategies.
Ann Reimer
Business Manager and Facilitator
Ann has worked for 25 years in non-profit and profit businesses, establishing and administering financial systems as well as customer relationship databases. Originally from the US, she worked there as a senior level systems analyst for the Department of Defence. As a facilitator, she brings a wealth of experience, but also enthusiasm and humour to her classes in finance, business writing and systems management. As a consultant and business coach, Ann works one on one with many clients to implement new systems and approaches.
Ann received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Annette Cusick
Consultant and Facilitator
Annette has over 20 years experience in office management, as well as workforce orientation, induction and rehabilitation. With a broad understanding of workplace relationships and suitability for employment, Annette facilitates pre-employment and occupational Health and Safety training. Her experience in manufacturing, processing and agricultural organisations allows Annette to consult and facilitate tailored workforce programs. As our Aged Care specialist, Annette works closely with facilities around the state and interstate to provide quality training to their staff including completed aged care qualifications and training packages. Annette is also our performance consultant for LGPeformance, which provides customised support to local councils state-wide, including workforce development planning.
Annette holds a Cert IV in Frontline Management and Training and Assessment.
Sarah Brazendale
Office Manager
Our enthusiastic and cheerful Office Manager is the Master Organiser at High Performance. Sarah comes from an extensive background in Office Management as well as in Retail and Customer Service. She co-ordinates all training materials and venues, appointments and general business for our performance consultants as well as all accounts for High Performance. Any general (or specific) enquiries can usually be answered by Sarah. She is our first point of contact for all our clients, and does her best to be an example of High Performance Customer Service!
